I hope this is the right spot.

On my desktop, I can access this site. On my laptop, I can't. The internet works on my laptop, but for some reason www.hatrack.com won't appear, just the "cannot connect" error page. It's been this way for days. Does anybody know why?

I was thinking that it could be a corruption in the adress if you were clicking a link like in Favorites, but I guess that isn't the case if you can't manually type in the correct address.

I think if it were a site protection (security issue) instance, it would sa so rather than cannot be found. I an computer dumb though.

You might try a google search then trying to link from that path and see if it does the same thing.

could be many reasons.

You could be "working offline" and not back "online" - even though you have the net.

could be that you have a VPN that prevents outside browsing - or prevents a number set of IP addresses.

Reset your modem/ reboot your computer

wrong address

or your firewall's block list or your firewall is malfunctioning.
