Someone on Hatrack introduced me to this and I've enjoyed it ever since. It is David Farland's Daily Kick in the Pants. Lately, I've been wondering if Mr. Farland has been spying on some of the threads here since his Daily Kicks have been well aimed. The newest archive has some advice about giving criticism while some recent ones are about taking and using criticism.
