It's that time of the week again, time for the kick in the pants. The idea is that having somewhere to report progress will spur you on to make some. So I'm posing the question to all of us here. Did you write this week? As we have been reminded in the past, writing for the purposes of this thread can mean just about anything you want. You did some editing? Report it here. Outlining, pre-writing or any other kind of prep work? Sure, that counts too. And, of course, writing new work always counts.

*Sorry this is so late. I thought I'd posted this, but I guess I missed it in the rush to finish my preparations for NaNo

I started revising a short story, but that quickly got lost in preparations for NaNo. I went over and tweaked my outline, reviewed the end of the previous book (I'm doing the final book in a trilogy this time around) and spent a lot of time thinking about the beginning of the book.

Beyond that, I made some notes on a few different story ideas in development.

That's it for me. How about you? Did you write?

Yes, I wrote. Probably mostly on revisions to MAGIC AND POWER.

Also a crit or two. And, of course, two blog posts.

A little late for it, isn't it? Ah, well...I went back to work after my vacation, and with the exhaustion from that, I've only done a little writing.

I wrote a lot. Finished the first draft of my latest novel. Buttoned it up at 95K words.

Instead of doing NaNoWriMo this year, I'm going to rewrite a novel that is crying out to get finished and published.
