Is there a flash oriented group going and if not....are there enough people that like the form enough to want to start one? I'm just putting it out there to see whats going on...

We have reader/writer forums over at Flash Fiction Online, but we don't get the traffic like Hatrack does...

Check them out if you want, though.

A bunch of us Hatrackers also hang out at Liberty Hall (mention my UID if you decide to look into it and submit to become a member. No qualifications necessary other than you are a human and not a troll. LOL) Liberty Hall hosts weekly 90 minute flash challenges, you get a trigger and 90 minutes to write a short story (they run from Fri-Sun.) You read and vote on best stories the Mon/Tues and critique others' flashes. It's a really great way to get some quick writing in, and to hone skills.

Yeah, Liberty Hall is good for Flash.

Yep, I like the LH flashes because there is a 90 minute time limit. I find it a really good exercise and its pretty amazing to see what some folks can come up with in that short time.

I meant to say in my previous post, by all means get a group going here if there's interest. Flash presents unique challenges in storytelling. Just wanted to point you to some other resources that Hatrackers frequent as well.
