Snapper will preside over week 13--so entries are to sent to him.

Snapper has stated that he is unable to stick precisely to the timings and may close entries or voting a few hours early if he has work commitments--so don't leave stuff to the last minute!

I will forward my synopsis to him (and he will post it Thursday night/Friday morning), and will expect Annepin's synposis by this Friday for week 14.
