Wow, its been too long. I certainly miss partaking in the enriching activities here. I certainly miss the dynamic of working with other bright and creative people on a daily basis.

An update for those who remember me, I finally got my Social Security Disability benefits-- over a year later. For Those who suggested getting in contact with my congressmen (Snapper&Anne) Thanks. It really paid off within a matter of three weeks form their innitial involvement, my case was expedited and approved.

I am still in need of an operation and my Pancreas functions have diminished a great deal, but at least now am hopeful that it can be done. I have been in contact with a Pancreas specialist in Hong Kong and may travel there for treatment if I cannot procure the specialist I need here in the states. I can get a great vacation as well as a life saving operation there for the same price as a down payment for the proceedure here. What a system we have

I am hoping to get me some internet again soon! Happy writing!

Good luck, Scott. You do have a passport, don't you?

By some strange and fortunate opportunity, an update for Itunes just popped up on my laptop as I was sitting here in my living room writing on my novel. I guess one of the nieghbors got wireless internet. I have a weak but valid signal. I hope it lasts.

Yeah, I got a passport, Frank. I have never been to HK though. I have a friend that lives there though. I would have a place to stay and a guide of sorts.

Wow. I really hope this connection lasts. I have to drive like twenty minutes to get online otherwise.

If wireless fails, please make the drive as often as you can, or we will miss you.
