Well, things are a little dull around here (where is everyone?) so I thought I'd start this little thing so we can chat a little easier.

I'm hardly ever on, but here are my names:

AIM: m0m2Sav (or m0m2sav- I can't really remember.)

YMSG: jbeekeeper

ICQ: I forgot what the # is-

Ahem. Soo many different ways to talk to ya'll.

New AIM account: j0shuabeekeeper Just remember that 'o' in 'joshua' is actually a zero.

MSN Messenger: jbeekeeper Wow. I'm so original.

Maybe we should decide on a particular service and lay off the others. . . Looks like most of us have AIM, so my vote goes there. If we're voting, that is.

For those of you *not* in the know (Scott, you could have been a tad more informative.) You can access both Yahoo's and AOL's Instant Messenger Javascript versions of their messengers at their respective websites below.
http://www.aol.com/aim/aimexpress.html http://messenger.yahoo.com/

These generally allow access when firewalls prevent it.

Had to share my first experience with yahoo's java client today, as if anyone cares. That's what I love about this place. I can whine, complain, and in other ways make a nuisance of myself, and y'all can just skip it or return the favor with your own rants and raves.

Anyway, I hate javascript!!!

There, I've said it. If you're not behind a firewall, just download the full version. It's not very large, and much more user friendly!

Sorry for "ignoring" you Cary, it's not you. Just my own novice-ineptitude.

Anyway, brevity is the soul of . . . whatever.

Here's an update on my names etc.

You can email me at

elfqueen@bellsouth.net

This does not mean you can send junk my way but storyline discussion is welcome.

I am only on AIM for the moment and I go by two names currently.

BrightAron (this is who I am the majority of the time)

RivanQueen66 (I do this on occasion to escape the fans...haha...no this is just a secondary name)

And actually, Scott, if you put a little cayenne pepper on AIM and sip a glass of homemade wine, it tastes pretty good.

it seems that I have missed out on a lot of chats, or at least possible chats. Anyway, I am only allowed to use Yahoo messenger (ID: manda_les) because MSN makes our computer crash and AOL's downloads interfere with my father's CAD programs which he uses for work... so I am only allowed on Yahoo-- who has a version of Messenger that doesn't require downloading... so if any of you want to get ahold of me there, go for it!

You can use AIM without downloading it. Go here.

You'll need to register and stuff, but this doesn't require a download of anything.

Hi guys! I got a new laptop as an anniversary present! It came with a free year of AOL, so that is what I am using now. You can reach me as Jenny Gardener on AIM. I have a new email, too, which I will be sending to everyone in my old address book. You can still reach me at the old address, but my husband will probably see it first.

Hello! My IM info has changed.

My email (for hatrack purposes) is ravendirk@yahoo.com.

I check paradox@poetic.com far more frequently!

My AOLIM (yes, that is still a forbidden programme, but i use ceruleanstudios.com's programme called Trillian - i recommend it!) is dirkraven.

My ICQ is 117241084.

My MSN is thoughtstorm(@msn.com).

My Yahoo is paximum.

I used to write here a lot, and at the two-and-a-half locations that went before it. I was: Dirk Noonesen, ravenwhite, whitefeather, whiteraven and (in the olde days of the battle school) i was ~ice~.

With all the "white"s in my character names i ALMOST seem like a supremacist! But i wrote two young boys of mixed ancestry, an almost magical Native American centenarian, his young reincarnation (also Native American) and a pigmentless raven.

I say this every few years or so, but i do plan to post here again. I'll have to limit the topics, because WOW there are a lot to check these days! but i miss the place and in these hideously 'interesting times' i need my old friends and family more than ever! And just maybe one or two are still around that may have missed me!

Use any of these contacts, i'm always delighted to hear from the good people (and sometimes otherwise) of Hatrack!
-keith hale-
