Having stumbled on this website via some of the excellent open letters and workshops available from Orson Scott Card, I am looking for a Community of writers to share the passion of writing with. I have written and enjoyed doing so for as long as I can remember. I have a love for story telling and I want to be able to share what I have, can and will write with others. For me this is not about being published, making millions or having my name up in lights. Its about exploring what I enjoy and improving it. I love the art of writing, and a good story. I am excited about hearing other peoples perspectives and reading other peoples works. Hopefully as "iron sharpens iron" we can all get a little 'sharper' in the practice. (sorry couldn't resist) Hello, it's always a pleasure to meet someone with a similar passion, especially if said passion allows one to be more articulate than your standard internet-goer. I'm sure you'll find something about this place that will keep you hanging around one way or another, and having just joined here earlier today myself, I'm sure I will too. IP: Logged |
