Lex arrived in the showers to find them relatively empty. He stepped into a stall and started steaming up the water. He stepped in and tried to relax as the day's sweat and stress washed off of him.

Juan walked in and quickly took his shower, thinking about practice. He would have to work on his shooting, again . No one really knew why Juan had bad aim. It was a little strange. For now, he enjoyed his shower.
Soon Juan was finished, and he quickly redressed. Then he headed back to the barracks.

Anne walked in and didn't see or hear anyone. It was dark, but she'd been there for seven years. The hot water felt good, but she hurried her shower like she usually did. When she finshed, she dressed and quickly walked back to the barracks.

As Vin showered, he thought about what had just occured in the battle room. It was just weird. Never before had he encountered another army barging into his army's practice. Had he responded correctly to the challenge? He wasn't quite sure--he had mostly acted on instinct. The thing he was least sure about was leading the rest of the army in building a pyramid with the Tide soldiers. It certainly wasn't the most diplomatic approach--Raven probably now had made some enemies for life. Yes, he had been obeying orders, but not all orders should be obeyed. Maybe he should have followed Flip's example and not participated.
Past was past, and he couldn't change what was already behind him. Time to look for the future and prepare for the consequences of those past actions.
Vin toweled himself dry, and headed towards his barracks to grab a fresh uniform before going to the mess to meet Shell.

Flip followed the others into the showers. It was interesting to note the different reactions now the initial desires for revenge had worn off. Some walked along in silent contemplation while others were openly jubilant that they had seen successfully dealt with Tide in the way they had. There were even some who didn’t really seem to know how to act, joining in with the laughing and joking one minute and then falling silent and serious the next.
He had little doubt that most of the silent ones were thinking the same thing. Once you gave time to logic it was plain that they had possibly set themselves up for some serious recriminations. If the Tide soldiers had been so angry with them that they would happily burst into their practice session like they had, what would they be like now? Especially since they now had a genuine reason for that anger as well.
Not that he was too worried himself. He had plainly kept himself out of the whole thing, and he wasn’t a toon leader any longer. He had no reason to care what happened to anybody else in the army. So long as he was left alone to get on with his life, that was all he cared about.
Stepping out of the shower, he towelled himself off before heading back to the barracks. Armies might change but schoolwork never did and he still had that physics assignment to complete.

Nikolai had followed a few others from Raven Army to the shower. He quickly turn on the hot water, stripping off his uniform, he got under the water that seemed so relaxing to him. When he started to think about the battle they had did with Tide.
Grabbing the shampoo and cleaing his hair real good, then soaping his body, now clean. He hurry over to a towel, rapping it around his waist; he hurry back towards the barrack to get his fresh uniform, then he would head to the mess to meet Shell and the others.

Tirath entered frustrated and headed straight to a shower. He took off the sash around his eye and hung it around the door handle. He quickly got in and stripped his clothes, quick to turn the shower on hot.
The hot water felt good and refreshing, he could feel the blood flow through his body. He cleaned quick and easy and washed up. After he was done he turned the knob to off and dryed off. He opened the door and reached for his sash, only to find it missing.
"Oh this is just great."
What use would it have been to some other kid? He needed it more then they did. He didn't care any more. He quickly got changed and took one last look, knowing that if it was a kid, they would of ran off with it by now.

Anne nodded back and walked into the showers. There was one boy there, who almost sprinted into a bathroom stall. Anne shook her head and quickly started her shower.
The stress from that day faded as the water poured over her. She turned it off and squeezed the water out of her hair. She grabbed her clothes, and quickly put them on. Her stomache was growling- loud. Fully dressed, she ran out of the bathrooms and to the mess.

Greg walked into the bathroom and splashed some cold water on his face.
"Hey Greg? Can I talk to you? What is going on with Order and Mere and Lena and anyone else? Does someone have something against us, Our army I mean? Do we have to be worried about our safety?"
Greg looked over at her. "I wouldn't be worried too much. Something is going on with Lena and a kid from another army, and Order is interfering to keep our army intact. As to our safety and grudges, the only ones I can see are from lesser armies. Don't worry, it always happens when armies get good. Nobody would be stupid enough to actually really hurt us anyways."
Greg walked into the showers and disrobed, letting the warm water run over him. Then he called out, "Order's got things under control, leve it to him and he'll take care of us. All we need is to be loyal."
