Seems like this hasn't really been on the boards in awhile. Does anyone know anything else about the movie? -When is the estimated time it will be out in theaters -Whos in it? -And is Osc writing the screen play for it

There is no estimated time of release, but it is said that we'll have to wait at least two years.
There is close to nothing on casting, Haley Joel Osment has been ruled out because he'll be too old when shooting begins.
Card did post up a screenplay but it is way old, and newer ones are already written, in addition, the final screenplay will be written by the two who did Xmen 2 if I'm not mistaken.

Harris and Dougherty have written a couple drafts. Word on the street has been very positive for the direction these drafts of been heading.
