The 1990 is the Hardcover 1st Ed. The 2004 is the Orb Trade paperback. Same other then that.

I remember trying to get that back in 1990 when it first came out. Stupid Waldenbooks was all we had here in WV and they couldn’t order it for some reason. I was one disappointed high school kid. Thank goodness for the net! Now being a fan of anyone is easy to do anywhere!

Not a word was changed between the two editions. But the cover art was modified, if i recall correctly.

Thanks Mr. Card. Looking forward to getting my hands on a copy someday. I have already read several of the stories from other sources but would like to read the whole collection.

I have two copies of the hardcover, both in great condition. If there's someone out there who doesn't have one, I'll part with one of them, but the other one stays safely at home, where I can read and reread it.
