Yes, an acurate review. But I think Mr Columbus deserves credit for getting the films started.

I liked Gremlins when I was 12. I even thought it was deep. I think that's kind of what's wrong with CC. That his movies try to be more than they are. But I don't think I can honestly evaluate any of his movies that featured Robin Williams, because I just have a major bug up my butt with respect to Robin Williams.
