Remember those "dancing game" arcade machines where you have to coordinate your steps to what you see on the screen? They're also available for Playstation if you get a special mat, IIRC. (Am not sure what the game is called in the US.)
O2 Jam is similar but you'll be using your fingers on the keyboard ... so hand-eye coordination and a good sense of rhythm is useful. But regardless of whether you've got those skills (I certainly lack them!) O2 Jam is strangely addictive. Ah, and once you become a pro you'll want to compete with other players
You'll need to download a ~150MB file first and install that ... and from then on, happy jamming! Did I mention that it's free? And I can't get some of the songs out of my head!!
