10 Things for Imogen to do while bored at work.
1. Write bogus personel files for all your co-workers. Make comments like "needs to fully realise potential". Save to a shared file somewhere on the network.
2. write a dismissal letter to your boss from the board. Leave it in the photocopier.
3. Go around putting a single sheet of paper into all your co-worker's waste paper baskets. If anyone asks you why you are doing it, reply "didn't you get the memo?"
4. Try turning your eyelids inside out.
5. See how different uses you can find for a paperclip without leaving your desk or injuring yourself.
6. Just leave.
7. Send out emails to everyone above you in the pecking order explaining exactly how you think they should do their job. Lead in to every email with the words "Regarding our conversation at morning tea the other day, I'm happy to offer you a few pointers."
8. Make a soft beeping noise in the back of your throat once every ten minutes. See how long until one of your co-workers notices. Tell them it's just your internal clock.
9. How much caffene can you get into your system in an hour and a half?
10. Keep crusing Hatrack
Hope these help

I second the 'curse the addicting helicopter game' - except I'm really really bad... so far my best score is 37!
And as for the list - so far I'm doing pretty well on #9 and #10 - the rest I'll wait until I'm ready to leave the job!

as much as i like the helicopter, i second homestar runner. unfortunately, i can't watch it because our computers don't have speakers. plus i'm guessing strong bad's guitar email wouldn't go over too well with the patients.

(much as i realise just posting my improvements probably isn't very interesting to other people, it's amusing me... and ain't that what the whole idea is? )

"And in just breaking news.... a mysterious dictator has assumed world control after distracting key political figures and the general populus with an online game. The President when asked to comment said '2100.. almost there - wait, you made me lose concentration..' "
I think we should be worried..

one way to decide whether or not to fly under or over is by where you're coming from. if i try to switch to under when i'm already over, i tend to die and vice versa.

Bah, stupid me. I totally forgot Xiao Xiao. Once again, not for people who are 100% against hurting other people, or other kinds of violence. Xiao Xiao is basically Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon/The Matrix stunts with stick figures, kinda.

I don't know if I'll ever understand this hatrack kissing thing...
Anyway, don't worry about the helicoptor game addiction. From personal experience, I can tell you honestly that the addiction'll wear off in a month or two.

Okay - I've got to ask - Fiazko and D.G - what's your high scores? Please I must have crashed about three hundred helicopters in the last hour, and I still can't break 1482 meters.

The only issue I have with the helicopter games is that it takes forever for you to restart the game after you crash. It makes you sit there forever before starting again. Posts: 354 | Registered: Jun 2002
