I will be the first to admit that the game concept is absurd. At the first sign of approaching terrorists, Dubya would flee to a bunker. (This is both good sense--no one in their right mind would expose the President to danger--and I suspect also a dishonorable cowardice on his part.)
Nonetheless, it was great fun. And I eventually managed to shoot down all the gun-wielding CIA agents, too!
