So here's my lack of knowledge for the night:

We are currently watching Monty Python's Live at the Hollywood Bowl. We saw the first song (I would type the title, but for the innocents...). And I remarked 'Hey, I didn't know John Cleese was in the Pythons. I mean, he wasn't in the Holy Grail, or the Life of Brian' [my two favourite and oft watched MP films]. At which point Tony turned and stared at me incredulously.

Oops. Seems I'm not good at actor identification.

(Though, while typing this and not looking at the tv screen, I do recognise all the voices).

I'm much more familiar with Holy Grail than Life of Brian. Cleese did a great job as Lancelot in Holy Grail!

(I proudly work for an organization which has a name inspired by Monty Python.) [Smile]

Ok, now I'm feeling even more dumb. I saw Holy Grail a fortnight ago. I giggled through "Careful Sire, that rabbit's dynamite" without even recognising Cleese.

If ever there was a time for this smilie [Wall Bash] this is it!

And as it turns out, not much. Except Monty Python (including John Cleese [Smile] ) were there.

Rivka, I sent you an email - to the address in your profile.

Well, at the moment, I'm thinking it's VERY wet. [Wink]

The one in my profile works just fine -- it's a forwarder.

*checks* EEP! It thinks you're spam!

I get that a lot. Guess I just share an affinity with spiced ham.

This is interesting.

They're holding auditions for anyone who thinks they have the Python act down.
