I don't know how many of you know of/remember/have heard of the archaic british puppet tv show Thunderbirds, as it never caught on in the states (or so I've been told), but Jonathan Frakes has apparantly gone and made his own version. It starts off well, as if he wanted to stick to the original, but then...argh!
Brains, Alan and Tintin are not children! Why is the present mentality that children need their heroes to be teenagers/pre-teens!
It did used to show here in the states. I can't remember what station showed it, but it was before PBS and before cable TV, so it had to have been one of the networks.

Thunderbirds always scared the crap out of me... But that looks interesting. I might catch it as long as there's no creepy puppets... O_o

Yep, Thundebirds was a great show. The movie preview makes me glad I don't go to the theatre very often. Hollywood seldom has anything worth watching anymore.
