I thought it was a decent indie flick, but I had some probs with a few things. Some ignorance, some story-telling.
So, the woman "Lucy". Like, if several grams of heroine busted loose in your system (alerted to during the transit flight from Bogota to Newark) wouldn't you OD (per Uma Thurman's character in Pulp Fiction) on the spot?
Why was Maria making the confounding choices that she was?
How come the "fat girl" (blanca?) took the backseat to pretty Maria at every turn?
