Okay, what the heck am I talking about? You may have seen him on Meet the Press this past Sunday, or maybe his excerpt in Time this week, and his book is at 32 on Amazon's list (was 12), even though the book is not out until tomorrow!
Honestly, I haven't read the excerpt, but I have read his Foreign Affairs EDIT: Council on Foreign Relations essays, it's meaty stuff, even if you disagree with him.
