I could really use a few hugs right now. I'm on the verge of tears (partly because I'm tired), and I had a really disapointing weekend.

I could use a hug. I'm going to a funeral on Friday. My mom's Uncle passed away. The funeral is in a small town about half way between phoenix and Yuma. I took a hot shower thinking the steam would help my cough. It didn't. But my mom came home, and I took some medicine and went back to bed. So after sleeping most of the afternoon, and eating some Jell-O, I'm feeling better. Not totally better though, I have zero energy. I hope I'm not still sick this weekend...I have prom!

Only an hour and a half until my date picks me up for the prom! *bounce* (And I just gave him directions over the phone, so I hope he doesn't get lost!) I'm feeling mostly better, but I still have a pretty bad cough. I'm taking some medicine and lots of cough drops with me.
Uhh isn't it a bit early to be leaving for prom, assuming it's 12:45 (I think your time), then 2 seems like you'll be out forever. Well have fun!

I could kind of use a hug... if you guys don't mind...
I've had a really rough day or two, and there's just a lot of stress, and it keeps getting worse, rather than better. And on top of that, I slept a little over four hours last night, the night before a huge audition, which didn't help either. And now I'm crying, and could really just use a friendly well-wish.

I forgot to go to my lab tonight. I don't know how, it just didn't occur to me I had a lab. In fact, when I should have been in my lab I was, instead, watching Law and Order reruns and feeling bored.
That would be annoying, but not critical. However, we had our lab final today. CRITICAL. If we fail the lab we fail the class. Since I had about 75/100 points, and what I missed today is worth 25 points, it's all going to come down to whether my TA will let me take the exam late, and whether I had 75/100 or 76/100. I'm going to her office hours tomorrow to ask her, but I'd feel a lot more confident if I had a good excuse. Heck, I'd go for any excuse right now. So any well wishes and hugs would be greatly appreciated.
