I know that there has been a bunch of these going around, but I am getting the itch as well.
I am thinking of starting a PBEM game. This would be in Mid January. I would spend the month of Dec. working out the character details. I will be using 3.5 rules
I am looking for 5-7 players. Starting level would be 4th level. The basic world idea lends itself to good/neutral characters. "Standard" D& D world, so all PHB races and classes are available. I plan on giving preference to any one whose game I am playing in or am playing with right now. I plan on having all character sheets available on Sakeriver.

I'm interested too, but I don't know if I could juggle playing in 4 games and running one of my own. I'll have to sit this one out, I'm afraid. If you find yourself short of players or anything though, Mark, let me know. I'd love to have an excuse to play.

Ok a few people have asked me to give a bit of the flavor of my game and a bit more info.
The name of the world and the campaign is Kalevan. It could probably best be described as your typical D & D world, with all the standard races and classes, including two classes I have created.
The group will probably start in the town of Gorn, in the Kingdom of Schon, a LG country on the northern continent that is fairly open to anyone of good will. The members of the party have been approached by either a ranger they know or a Paladin, depending on other background info. They are going to be asked to help with a bit of low key escorting.
The main evil in the world has come from the Witch King of Dangor Isle. There has been conflict between the Witch King and the kings of Schon and Alakay for centuries. No one knows if the current Witch King is the same one keept alive by evil magics or is the title is just handed down.
The elves have their own kingom on the south east continent and are a powerful force for good in the world.
