i am looking for a new ISP and was wondering which dial-up ISP is the best out there for the best price (that is available in california)

If it's ISP plural, then the thread title should be ISPs. If it's ISP possessive, then it's ISP's.

Um, if you were in Sri Lanka, I would recommend going with SLT. Most reliable service. [Big Grin]

Umm...Right now dial-up is all pretty much the same, no matter who you go with. Just depends on who is cheapest.
