It's ketchup and mayo, mixed. Sometimes with a dash of mustard, depending where you are.

Seriously. The funny part here, is that they don't give it an Italian name, but the bottle is indeed called "Fry Sauce" and is made of mayo and mustard among other things I believe.

The best compliment for a Fry Sauce recipe is a hint of pickle juice. I believe that's how they make it at Arctic Circle.
