One sport ends and another starts.

Here are my predictions for the Wimbledon finals:
Men: R. Federer vs M. Safin
Women: S. Williams vs M. Sharapova

Poor Tim Henman.

I like Tennis. It's certainly more fun to watch than baseball....which is a major snooze fest to me, as is golf.

I'm not sure which sport ended (probably basketball) but the tennis season isn't really at the beginning!

As for predictions, I think Federer can win it again. Not so sure about Sharapova, and with a line-up like the one in the women's competition I think it's quite hard to predict a winner...

Men: I wouldn't be surprised if it was Federer v Roddick again, with Federer winning. I haven't been following the women after Henin got knocked out. Wouldn't be surprised if Davenport and Clijsters were in the mix though.

I was more upset about Greg going out than Tim. I am, however, thrilled at the prospect of Andy Murray getting into the second week, which would be amazing. He hasn't dropped a set yet, so here's hoping!

Meanwhile, there's the Lions tour to get excited about, and England v Australia in the cricket...
