Is it just me, or does it look like they took a bad picture of everyone for the site homepage?
Herminone looks a little manly, Ron looks like he hasn't had vitimans in months, and Harry looks less grown-up than I remember him. And I'm not diggin' any of their new crazy hair styles either.

It'll probably be a large color contact (like what Jim Carey wore for the Grinch). They might make it move digitally after shooting it. (Unless you're responding to the trailer, which I haven't looked at)

The folks at AICN have been posting some spoilerific tidbits about the movie, including one dude who claims to have seen the rough cut of the movie!

From that spoiler on what is in the movie, it looks like they have all the really big stuff covered.
I'm wondering what smaller stuff will be cut out to make it movie length appropriate. Harry looks downright creepy in some of the shots though. He makes Malfoy look normal.
