I've seen that movie. It's kind of cute.

Sadly, I've been at Bloomington for several years now and have yet to see the movie.

Kinsey was also filmed in Bloomington. One of my parents' friends had lunch with Liam Neeson. [Smile]

That's weird; I was under the impression that though Kinsey was about here, it wasn't filmed here.

Edited to add: Indeed.

Just added "Breaking Away" to my Netflix queue. I'm pretty sure I saw it when it came out (vague memories of a good movie w/ a bicycle race) but my aged memory is failing me. ;-)

Heffaji, you've also missed becoming real, seriously, there are about 10 hatrackers here in Bton on and off throughout the year. Just give me an email or IM (in the profile).

Raia, I think Liam Neeson came here one weekend, but they didn't film it here, it was at some other midwestern campus.

I love breakinbg away, I so want to go find that quarry sometime (though my mother says she'll disown me if I ever swim in one, of course, she did).

Oh... maybe they just did research in Bloomington. My bad, sorry. But I still know someone who had lunch with Liam Neeson!

oh well, it still should have been here, for some reason Ohio State popped into my head, but it also popped into my head as the marching band from the end of The Music Man, and I knew that wasn't right, so I'll shut up. Megan, have you seen Breaking Away? Also are you excited there's another bloomington hatracker we don't know?

Yes, and yes. [Smile]

I liked the movie well enough, and it was kind of neat to see places I recognized in a movie.

I won't be a Bloomington hatracker for much longer, though. [Wink]
