Anyone besides me trolling hatrack as a method of procrastination for finals?

I am. I have two tomorrow, then I'm done for the semester, so you'd think I'd try a little harder to study, but I still have time.

Yup, totally procrastinating right now.

I don't feel too guilty though, I did get a good chunk of studying done today, and I still have all day tomorrow to finish so overall, I'm doing pretty well [Smile]

Well I came to the library at 7:00 am this morning and it's 10:30 pm. I think i'm gonna call it a night because 830 is coming whether I stay up or not. And if I don't know it now i'm not gonna know it in the morning. 3 hour finals are just killing me though. Had a question on Monday that was allotted 80 minutes. Some people took even more time than that. Insane!

Gnight all

Finals?

That was SO last week. [Smile]

Actually, all I had was one paper. Big paper, and took up way too much of my time to finish, but it's in and I'm on vacation, baby.

Did that too...don't do that, then I ended up being 30 and starting law school, when I could have done it before having two children and a load of debt.

Yeah, I should be sleeping right now and resting up while I can, but alas, my insomnia has chosen this time to kick in. It should be a good time. [Big Grin]

I've got one tomorrow, but it's not until 6 pm.

I figure I have all day tomorrow to study. [Wink] Then one more on Friday and I'm done!

What's deferring? I guess you don't get to if the instructor hasn't mentioned it, neh?

Defer, write it later. For medical reasons (and these include mental breakdown like tonight), one can defer to a later date with a doctor's note.

I am prograstinating grading the finals. There they sit in my inbox. I had to give them those short answer questions instead of all scantron. I had to put that map on there so that now I have to go through and grade all those things. Thbbbt.
And their make up work, and clean my desk. I have a habit of Hatracking only during test periods...

*goes to other threads to procrastinate some more*

Where are you going to law school? I too have Civ Pro next. As a matter of fact in exactly 1 hour. Back to the grindstone. [Wall Bash]

One real final (philosophy) and one more test, put a really short paper in a professors box, and I'm done. Hopefully by tommorow at five (though the paper doesn't need to be there till friday at 5).

Patent done. Finance tomorrow, family law tuesday. One section of a 67 page paper to do a major rewrite on, and editing of the rest. I'm going to see if I can get an extension on the paper until the 23rd.

By the way, Civ Pro is much easier if you think of it as the rules to a Role Playing Game.

Also have to write my philosophy paper, which is due tomorrow as well.

I have to do an intensely boring and thorough research paper on vitamins in addition to studying for sever tests. I can probably get it done in about 3 hours, but that would mean no sleep, and since I didn't sleep yesterday that could be an issue. Thus I've decided to brilliantly solve the problem by neither sleeping nor working.

I just finished up with finals earlier today. I guess that means I'm allowed to waste time on hatrack again.

By the way, what is civ pro?

Instead of starting another post lamenting my procrastination I decided I would resurect this one.

Have a 15 page brief due tommorrown at 0800 and I only have 9 hours left to work on it. Gonna be a long night [Wall Bash]

I'm procrastinating dealing with life.

I didn't go to class much last week (we only had classes Thursday and Friday) because of the homelessness fiasco.

And now that's still not resolved.

And my anxiety is through the roof; I've taken more Ativan in the past week than I have in the past two months.

On the plus side, I got a 96% on my entrepreneurship project...which was the highest grade in the class.

The really sucky part of this class is that it is only a 2 credit hour class and somehow I am spending more time on it than I do on my 4 credit contracts class.

As much as I hate legal writing I sometimes think this whole law school thing is a bit of a mistake. [Frown]
