No, the title of this thread is not meant to be ironic or sarcastic. "But Troy," you say, "You're the last person I'd ever expect to call Rush Limbaugh *heroic*! What's going on here?"
Weeeeeeeelllllll -- it's like this.
There's a video on Youtube called "A Bully Gets Bullied" which purports to show Mr. Limbaugh melting down in the face of opposition.
Always on the hunt for a good laugh at Limbaugh's expense, I watched it --
Only to find that it isn't that at all.

Just read a handful of the thousands of emails he receives every day, and you'll find that audience was not extreme in relation to what he gets on a daily basis.

I used to watch his show while studying biochemistry. He's fun to watch. I don't recall seeing an audience respond anything like that. The audience always seemed like a rather dull bunch, actually. Wasn't that tape made back in 1990?
