1) Cauliflower. I feel like it's forgotten. So much like broccoli but different and denser and just plain better to me.
2) No comment.
3) Probably any 'seafood' done up right. I don't like much/many - can't stand how it gets caught in my teeth. I don't enjoy chewing forever or having remnants until I floss.
4) Gardenburger. It's just so fitting.

1. Broccolini - It's long, like asparagus, but it's broccoli.
2. 3 bean salad.
3. - I can't say that here.
4. Krab (or whatever they call that white-and-red fake crab meat. All the goodness of crab, but no shell fragments.)

1. Spinach. Love it raw in salads or cooked in things like meatloaf, spaghetti sauce, or quiche.
2. V8 juice, or that new V8 Fusion juice that tastes like fruit juice even though it is made from mostly veggies. I don't really like veggies.
3. LOL Karl! I like ground turkey, again for the versatility and it is cheap and easy to cook. I can make tacos or burgers or spaghetti or meatloaf or chili or just about anything with it. Chicken is a close second.
4. Spam. There is a Spam festival near me every year but I have never eaten the stuff.

I thought of listing Spam, but I didn't think it counted since it's technically not "fake" meat. It's a meat-product. Any standard that would allow me to include Spam should also let me include balogna, hotdogs, vienna sausages, scrapple, etc.
Come to think of it, Krab probably falls into that category too. Hmmm.
