There is a lot of medicines you could normally only get on a doctors prescription. Did you ever buy them on the Internet? How do you know it is safe? What, for example, do you think of this one some sort of lithium? I thought taking lithium requires thorough control on your blood because it is poisonous.

You don't.
If you find a company who is willing to illegally give drugs without a prescription, they are probably also shady enough to give poor quality or fake drugs.
