That's really good news. Wal-Mart has a staggering degree of control over its suppliers, and I'm far from comfortable with that (though I can't really think of anything that could really be done about it), but if it really follows through on this and uses its muscle to steer things in an environmentally friendly direction it could have a huge impact.
