The New England clump is getting bigger this Fall. Aren't the REST of you jealous?
eros, I got wait-listed at my only Ivy (Dartmouth), and went to Johns Hopkins. Imagine a bunch of kids frustrated that they didn't get into their Ivy League choices. Oh, and I had a great experience at my non-Ivy, so take heart!

COngrats, Phanto. A similar thing happened when I was accepted at my dream college, but did not get enough financial aid. The college was, at the time(and I think still is) "need blind," and anyone who was accepted was supposed to get the aid they needed. I was in the wrong pile, I guess, but it eventually worked out, and I was deemed poor enough to go!

Hey, congratulations! Providence is a great place to spend a few years. If you're at all into theater, you should usher at Trinity Rep -- you get to see the plays for free, and imho their productions are often better quality than Broadway.

Congratulations! Try not to hurt your neck constantly looking down at the URI and RIC kids. Kidding! (Kinda) Providence is a great town, I'm sure you'll love it.
