Hit and Run

I got an email about an hour ago. The pedestrian was my neighbor. Out of the Thousands of people to roam that part of the city in the early morning.

Its stupid!
He stole a car, Hit my neighbor and returned the car.
Just stupid!

According to the article, they have a suspect in custody. Although it is possible that he's just overly fond of bushes and in the wrong place at the wrong time...

It was him, He admited and they are charging him with man-slaughter and fleeing a crime scene.

Makes me sick.
