I have a really good green recipe. See below:

16 oz Sour Cream
1 Bunch of Cilantro
1 Jalepeno Pepper
1/2 Head of Garlic
1 Envelope of Ranch Dip Mix
1 Small Can of Green Peppers
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
1/2 Cup Milk
Couple of Dashes of Hot Sauce

Blend together and serve.

I am looking for a good Medium to Hot red sauce.

Thanks

Once I reverse engineer Costco's mango salsa, I'll let you know.

We don't use a recipe per se; just diced tomatoes, onion, garlic, roasted chiles (whatever kind you desire), tomatillo to thicken, cilantro if desired, mixed and salted.

We normally do the same as the Queen. But we also use corn (for color) and (black beans) 'cuz they are good.

I use raw Jalapeņos in place of roasted chiles (usually 1 to every two tomatoes and I don't worry too much if some seeds aren't removed). I don't use tomatillo though I do want to get a good salsa verde recipe. Oh, and I add some lime juice (or lemon if I don't have lime) and a dash of olive oil.

I think the breakdown is as follows:

2 Medium to Large tomatoes, diced (I leave the seeds in but many recipes call for them to be removed)
1 Jalapeņo, diced
1 Clove Garlic, minced
1 Tbsp Cilantro, chopped
1 Tsp Lime Juice
Dash Olive Oil
Salt to taste

The measurements are all estimates though as I never measure any of it when I make it and it's a little different every time.

We normally do the same as Ketchupqueen. tomatos, Cilantro, onions, corn, beans, cucumber, salt, a Jalepeno or 2 and when we feel crazy a habanero. We normally blend them and add what we think it needs till it tastes good.
