Hello all, any Hatrackers in the Detroit area should come to my show this Monday. My choir (ok not MY choir, I sing 1st Tenor) Vanguard Voices will be performing.

“In the spirit of further fostering musical interchange in the area, Vanguard Voices will host the first-ever Vanguard Choral Celebration in March, which will bring together top area choirs for an evening of inspired song. The mission of this event is to help support, promote, and celebrate choral music in Michigan.”

Also, have you ever heard Angus Dei by the Herefords?

It's on their Pastoral Suite CD, right after Hay, Hay, Hay (Cut 2)

Hey! D-Town rocks!

I wish I could make it, but that's my bowling night. I love choirs and choir concerts, and if it were Tuesday I'd be there with bells on. I even recognize some of the songs on the program.

Be sure to let me know when your next performance is (with a little more warning next time!) and I'll be there for sure. Sorry.

We are performing Bach's Mass in B Minor on May 22nd. And if I nail the audition I might have a solo! [Big Grin]
