Glenn, I thought we talked about this. Even when you're working as a busboy or barback, you still have to have a minimum of 40 'flair' pins on your work uniform at all times.

Glenn we couldn't help but notice that while your diploma isn't helping you advance your career as our chain-store barista in any way, it is causing you to be rejected from more jobs on the basis of being 'overqualified.'
I'm just going to sit behind my middle-manager's desk and cackle about that just a bit as I fuss with my comb-over.
