You may want to put a spoiler warning on your post. It's true that it's just speculation, but it still is something a new reader would prefer to be surprised about.
Short Answer: Yes, it's quite possible, and considered by many fans to be a near certainty.
Jon's eyes and hair are both dark, but that doesn't really mean anything. When a Targaryen mates with a dark haired noble, the results are often a child with brown hair and eyes. For instance, consider Prince Baelor Targaryen from The Hedge Knight.
The promise to Lyanna is pretty clearly concerning Jon.
