I'm running into it alot while trying to find a therapist who treats ADHD issues AND has Saturday appointments.
From a quick Google search this seems... unreliable, but maybe I'm missing something. (Or maybe I'm just desperate enough at this point to want to try anything...)
So, if you saw a therapist offering this, would you go for it, or run away?

It seems so easy to be a scam therapist these days. There's no shortage of 'alternative therapies' you can sell wholesale to gullible people.

On the other hand, maybe there's a placebo out there for everyone.
(Not that I support giving any money to anyone for the placebo effect, if you don't get some kind of money back guarantee.)

I think there were some studies brought up here earlier that if you're looking for a placebo, acupuncture did happen to come up as the best placebo.

I figured as much... but the therapist had a really great website and offered Saturday appointments.
She said alot of things that sounded really great, but then when I went to "method" I saw the Acutonics. I was just hoping maybe it wasn't as bad as it looked. Strangely, my insurance will actually pay for this therapist, but not for most others.
