I'm looking to get some feedback on this piece. It is a flash piece from one of the challenges at Liberty Hall.

Eulogy
425 words
---------------------
The first thing Kimberly ever said to me was, “Someday I’m going to fly.”

We were both six at the time. I had just moved to town and didn’t know anyone. Shy and scared, I stood alone at recess, watching the other kids laughing and playing. Then this fiery little red-head walked up to me and declared she was going to fly! She grabbed my hand and dragged me over to the swings so I could give her a push.

It's pretty short. I'll read it. Send to fsilv01s@uis.edu. When you send it, let me know how in depth a critique you want.
