During the winter, I wrote this non-fiction story about a day at Tae Kwon Do class with my son. Several hatrackers helped me revise and improve it. Funny how now, months later, I see all kinds of things I would change. Ah well, at least that means I'm growing as a writer, eh? It's still a cute piece, brings tears to my eyes. That Little Tiger goes for his PURPLE belt test tomorrow - 3 levels up from when I wrote this! <dabbing at corners of eyes> Aww.
At any rate, thanks to oliverhouse and dakota in particular for their help. Even though I didn't get paid, it's still satisfying to see something of mine up on the web. And since they were so eager for content, it makes me want to write more...hmm...maybe a spec-fiction piece set at the Dojang...
