I waited until someone posted this but than I missed it when they did.
I have a couple of stories already about holidays. One needs a lot of work and I lost one I wrote years ago that was a bit on the quirky side. However I remember enough of that one to rewrite it. And I know I can come up with a new one or three.
I'll see what I decide next month.

Hmm, I was reminded that I do have a story ready to go that deals with a holiday, It's already been critted a time or five--which doesn't mean the writing is perfect and doesn't need anymore help of course.
The holiday is an essential part of the plot. But than again there is one little problem--it might be too little. I'm going to have to double check both its length and what their Minimum is

So I finished my story but I still need to go back over it to see how things aline and I may have to add a sentence or two to go along with the MC's change, however that won't be hard and then I will need a first reader who knows what works and doesn't.
