Welcome to this week's Novel Support Group (NSG). Anyone can join. If you're new, tell us a bit about who you are and what project you are working on. Feel free to update the NSG Work in Progress thread with your current projects. Although we can report on any number of things, here is a list of suggestions (suggestions welcomed).

What were your goals last week and did you accomplish them?
Describe what you worked on.
Set goals for next week.
Did you learn something during this week?

Here is a list of things that you can do each week as we work on our novels (suggestions welcomed).

Writing on a novel
Characterization
World Building

As for me:

Last Week's Goals:

FIRE AND EARTH (formerly known as SEVEN STARS): No queries until January.
Easy one. [Smile]

BLOOD WILL TELL: Look for a couple of potential review bloggers.
Eh. Nothing this week. [Frown]

BLOOD IS THICKER: Let it cool a bit before going back for the next round.
Another easy one. [Smile]

THE BARD'S GIFT: Third draft through Chapter 31.
Nope. Finished the third draft. Almost ready for readers. [Big Grin]

MAGE STORM: Wait for reader feedback.
Ongoing. [Smile]

OTHER:
Update my blog twice a week.

E-Publish "Becoming Lioness".

Yes to both. [Smile]

Next Week's Goals:

FIRE AND EARTH (formerly known as SEVEN STARS):
I was lucky enough to nab a mentor for this in Pitch Wars. There will be improvements.

BLOOD WILL TELL:
Work on general marketing topics.

BLOOD IS THICKER:
Let it cool a bit before going back for the next round.

THE BARD'S GIFT:
One minor adjustment and then wait for reader feedback.

MAGE STORM:
Start on some of the revisions.

OTHER:
Update my blog twice a week.

Revisions to a couple of short stories that have been left hanging for months.

Decide which novel idea is going to be my next first-draft project.
