What were your impressions? I loved the story and the pacing. I cared a great deal about the characters, and even about their goals (they weren't pursuing a "maguffin").
Sometimes Sanderson seemes a little distant in his POV, I think in part because Kell couldn't reveal all that he was planning. He switched POV often, but I thought he did it very well, inteweaving the main characters and not leading the reader to expect to return to the POVs for supporting characters.
In short, I am thinking of doing a second read to notate his techniques, pacing, etc.
