Working at a Dive shop in the middle of winter gives you a lot of time to think about things. After some time, I could no longer stand to leave my thoughts cooped up and decided to write them down. The problem is, I can't decide what part of my writing is worth something and what part is drivel. I hope to read a lot more and have some of my stuff read so we all can become happy successful writers.

You have come to a good place to learn about dividing drivel from worth something stuff.
We are a friendly bunch of people and some of us know a thing or three about writing.
However if you look around the treehouse do be careful especially if you see a unicorn, she can be mean.

Greetings. Have a small but intensely fudgey brownie.
Whatever part of your work you care about is worth something. The closest thing I have to a definition of "bad" anything-artistic is material that those creating it cared nothing about.
