Uh, guess I'm supposed to introduce myself here huh?
Anyway, the name's Jack. Love to write, as I'm sure everybody here loves to do. I guess my two biggest passions are listening to music and writing. I don't have a web page or anything. But, maybe one day, when I am a better writer I'll have one. As for now, not important enough lol. Don't know what else to say. I haven't ever published anything, hoping to change that soon though. But anyways, hello to all out there in writer land.

So welcome, Jack Valentine, to Hatrack. Love the name, by the way, it’s very ‘40s pulp fiction to me, like a good old black and white detective story.
This here is a good place to learn about writing as opposed to breaking knee caps. If ya get what I mean.
Nice friendly mugs here too. But ya don't need to be better to have a new fangled web site- just write about your writing. I know this by personal experience.
But a word of warning be watchful for that unicorn she can be meaner than a paddy wagon full of Godfathers.

"Better writer" is a state of mind. Putting off to many things till you're a "better writer" is, I feel, likely to delay both the getting done of those things and the achievement of that state of mind.
