Maybe the trick is to keep adding new smilies so that the old ones get used less, then you can remove the obsolete smilies, and by the time anyone notices there are fewer smilies, it will be too late, muwahahahaha! [Evil Laugh]

Yes. The pink one is going to go down long on the left side with the rest of the receivers, but what they're REALLY doing is have the quarterback run the ball.

Overall, I like the positivity. For communication purposes I think the following would be useful:

"beating a dead horse" (tough)
"one upsmanship" (racking of logic points or something. pinball machine?)
"insider joke" (alternatively, an icon for "code" or "nudge-nudge")
