So, i doubt that i'm the first person to notice it, but since I have reread Ender's game recently, i noticed a big continutiy error. Around when Ender gets the dragon army, he thinks about the things he has learned. He thinks about getting imeadiately into the battle room, and that it can be an advantage. He specifically says he learned it from Bonzo. However, it was Hot Soup(don't recall his real name) who threw him into the battle room after Ender disobeyed his order to not use his computer.

What? Hot Soup threw Ender into the Battle Room when? As far as I can remember, Hot Soup wasn't even introduced until after Ender was given command of Dragon. Do you have any exact quotes/page numbers for this?

No.... it wasn't Bonzo OR Hot Soup. It was Rose the Nose. I noticed it as well, but who cares? Maybe Ender himself had forgotten, after all, both of them were idiots.

DDDaysh beat me to it. I noticed this the ... 5th or 6th time I read Enders Game. IIRC it's from Ender POV, not an omniscient one, so there isn't as much of a need for continuity.

Dudes, Ender is a genius, with an excellent short-term memory and eye for detail. How likely is it that he would confuse Rose and Bonzo?

It was a mistake, oh well. No need to really talk about it >_> Now... DEMS TAKE THE HOUSE AND PROBABLY SENATE... sorry.

Actually not a problem at all. If the US can make that HUGE mistake, we can forgive OSC for that small one.

I noticed this, too, but I reasoned it out before I ever came to Hatrack. If you think about it, the only reason he was on Rose's team was because Bonzo refused to use him in the battleroom. And it was when Ender tells Rose that Bonzo ordered him not to draw his weapon that Rose gets the idea to throw Ender in the room alone. So ultimately, it is Bonzo's misuse (or non-use) of Ender that causes the lesson.
It works for me. In a roundabout way.
