What should be done with her and others like her?

I don't understand how the human shields hindered the war effort, and if the sum total of what they did was to either aid the Iraqi *people*, but not Saddam's regime and his combat against us, or just stand around some refineries in the hopes of deterring the war in general, I'm not sure how they are guilty. Surely the crime of ""virtually all direct or indirect commercial, financial or trade transactions with Iraq." does not apply, as what they did did not aid the Iraqis economically.

Many people will say that they should reap the consequences of their actions, and that's logical. My question is, what should the consequences of their actions be?

Edited to make title fit more with what I was trying to say.

Storm,

Many times Saints are confused as criminals, or they are painted that way by the corrupt regime which they are passively resisting against.

I do not have an answer to your question, but if it were me, I'd make them ride around for at least a week with the annoying staff on CNN and have them listen to the incessant chatter. Either that, or make them "human billboards" for the wave of capitalism that is sure to invade Iraq like a thief in the night.

I can see the dazzling lights for Planet Hollywood Baghdad already...
