College, work, and other things have made me realize that being home is not the best option for me. Not that I'm moving out (with an upcoming mission, I can't exactly afford moving out) but I have decided that when I'm not at school or at work, I'll more than likely find some other thing to do than not be home. What this means is probably about an hour a day here, and usually that hour is going to be around this time, late at night. Since not many people float around at this time compared to in the day, I realize that interaction is going to be limited, so I'll try to be extra funny then.
(Then again, this is the only time I can be on the computer, too, so...welcome to the lurker club! *shakes hand*)

I'll make sure to think of funny things to post when I'm sitting in a park admiring the ducks. Or at the mall admiring the drunks. Or at the bank, fingering the bucks. Or on the road, weaving through trucks. Or I'll find humor in stuff that sucks.

Question...why are you saving up for the mission. Do you have to pay your own way, or is this so you have some spending money during the period?

Bob - Missionaries pay their own way. Everybody pays the same amount into the "missionary fund" and then funds are dispersed according to the area you are in (naturally some areas are more expensive to live in than others). I am trying to remember how much you pay in. I think it is $375/month.
