This is where you say something moronic.

I can't wait for Woody Allen's next film!

President Bush is such a great, noble man! Liberals are unpatriotic! How dare they suspect corruption regarding Bush, of all people? What that selfless soul has sacrificed so that the richest 2% of the country can flourish at the expense of the other 98%...

I think Point Break was the most underappreciated film (Film, not movie) of the 90's.

You know, I've never once found a Dobie even resembling the slightest hint of an inkling of a suggestion of a possibility of humour.

"Well, you see, the Ancient Egyptians built these huge buildings called pyramids... But I have no idea what they were built for."

--My former World History teacher senior year of high school. [Laugh] And yes, she seriously said that.

Oh, the pain. I remember being a student teacher, working with a "master" teacher, who told the kids all about the cotton gin, and how it made, you guessed it, GIN.

From yesterday's French lit class:
quote:

Professeur: Pour quoi est-ce que le poete...

*Annie interrupts to pass out Babelfish*

Professor: Why does the poet use the word declose at the end of the second line? Why not something more common like ouverte?

Students: (tense silence)

Professor: Ronsard could have easily used a number of words rather than this rather obscure one. Why did he choose it?

Students: (glance knowingly at each other)

Professor: Anyone?

Annie: (raising hand) Because it rhymes?

I found it rather amusing. I mean, ask a stupid question...

Breast cancer in men is far more likely to be a highly malignant variety leading to death in the very short term.
